The Beers and Board Games Club of Columbus hosted our 11th Annual 24 Hour Board Game Marathon for Nationwide Children’s Hospital at Olentangy River Brewing Company November 8 with about 250 attendees and over $10,000 raised for the kids! The 24 Hour Board Game Marathon featured hundreds of tabletop board games — from classics to the latest con and Kickstarter releases, plus a stacked silent auction, the always-entertaining meta game (sponsored this year by Round Table Games in Dublin), a tasty rotation of food trucks and of course delicious beer and coffee from ORBC including our collaboration brew, Viktory Points Viking Ale!

The Beers and Board Games Club has raised a lifetime total of over $100,000 for Nationwide Children’s Hospital. In addition to the annual 24 Hour Marathon, the Beers & Board Games Club hosts meetups every week at Columbus craft breweries and has raised more than $75,000 for other local charitable organizations.
